Subject: congressional district boundary files

Questions about GIS boundary files for congressional districts before
1990 have come up several times on this list, and the answer has always
been that no such files exist. If there's been a change in the
situation, a library patron at the University of Chicago (and I too)
would be very grateful to hear.

Many thanks.
