Thank you for the note concerning the WWII Germans maps.  We are aware of the work and the UC site concerning captured German WWII maps is quite extensive. We look forward to hearing more in future publications.

Subject: German maps



I hope that somebody from the LC-G&MD captured the note the person from Berkeley wrote that appeared in last night's digest to the list (or the email sent during the day on Sunday).  The person who wrote the note has a pretty thorough knowledge of how at least one fellow in the UK used the captured German maps very effectively as well as several references from that professor's writing.



The person who wrote the note is Heiko Muhr.
