My West half sheet for the Coal fields of the United States by Paul Averitt, c1942 (OCLC # 36043044) is missing.  Wondering if I could get a scan from someone's holdings?  Prefer tiff file between 400-600 dpi.  If a library has multiple copies of the set and would like to donate the extra I'll be happy to take it off your hands.
