I have had a student request a town plan of Hargeysa or Hargeisa,
Somalia. Would any library have one that they could lend on ILL or send
a photocopy ?
      GeoCenter Catalog doesnt have one listed nor does a recent MApLink
cat.  The Library of Congress reports town plans at 1:5000 published in
1963 and 1970 (rather old) by Gt. Britian Directorate of Military
Survey. If you have the latter and nothing else , I suppose it might be
useful but he is really looking for a more up to date map.
