Thank you, MAPS-L people, for your responses about the PAIGH index map.  We
are not ready to take advantage of the GEODEX file yet, so in the meantime,
we'll work with some of the other suggestions.  Paul Leverenz, I'll put our
mailing address below because we'd be happy to receive a copy of your custom
made index.  Jerry Thornton, we do not have sheets NC 16-3 or -4.
