Aloha Dr. Whyte:

All 30-minute 1:125,000 USGS quadrangles are included in Map Index to Topographic Quadrangles of the United States, 1882-1940, WAML Occasional Paper No. 10, 1985.

Does anyone have an index for the USGS 1:125,000 30-minute quadrangle series, covering the whole USA?
If so would it be possible to get a scan of it (or, if a digital file, a copy of that)?

Thank you
