I, too, wish to register my objection to leaving out the 034/255 for the same
reasons as Phil and Linda.  Since the practice is to put them in "when
readily available", meaning when on the map, it seems an unwise move for
future access.  If time saving is sought, leaving off the measurement of the
map seems a wiser time saving. (No, I'm not recommending that.)
