If you are looking for USGS DRGs the GIS Data Depot
(www.gisdatadepot.com)
has every quad (all 53,000 of them) in house and will be making
everyone available for free download at the beginning of July.
Currently, they have around 75% coverage for the entire US accessible
for free download online through a dedicated T1 line.
