We buy our map folders from University Products in Holyoke, Mass. See
http://www.archivalsuppliers.com. We store our larger maps in folders
that are 48 x 36 inches, and smaller maps in folders that are 24 x 20
inches. There are also intermediate sizes.

I am a fairly new gov't docs/maps librarian here at the University of
Northern Iowa. I need some help in identifying a good vendor to
purchase map folders from. No one around here has ordered map folders
for years and we just ran out. These are folders (like manila folders,
except for maps) that we use inside of the map drawers/cases to separate
and protect the maps. If you know of a vendor that supplies these type
of folders, please let me know.

Thanks,
Gretchen Gould
