Hi, all,

I am rotating off the National Geospatial Advisory Committee at the end of December. The call for nominations for 2020 will open soon. Are you interested in representing the libraries/museums/archives segment of this group? It's a great way to learn about and contribute to discussions and feedback on the nation's spatial data infrastructure, the Landsat program, and new technologies that impact our nation's infrastructure in general. Check out what we do here: https://www.fgdc.gov/ngac. I've been on the committee for nearly 6 years and have found it to be highly rewarding.

If you're interested, please get in touch and I'd be happy to tell you more about it and how to apply.

Note that I'm out of the office for the next few weeks and so will reply in early to mid-July.

Best,

Julie
