It seems to me that this is an ongoing issue and that a continuing
process should be created to urge release of information as citizens
become aware of its existence and/or of efforts to avoid release.

Perhaps a site named "tranparency.gov <http://tranparency.gov>" parallel
but similar in spirit to "recovery.gov <http://recovery.gov>" intended
to insure transparency of stimulus funding... let's all speak up!
