This is probably a repeat:  the Utah Geological Survey has mounted an interactive, gis-based index to many aerial photos of Utah (and some photos that stray into neighboring states).

The website is great, but the links to the tiffs of the images seem to be broken.

If there are similar sites for other states, could someone let us know.
