Applications for the IFLA Geography and Map Libraries Section Standing
Committee are due at IFLA HQ in The Hague by Wednesday, February 2,
2005. Applications must be submitted through a member association or
institution. If not a member of the Geography and Map Libraries
Section, your institution or association may add it to their membership
profile. A fee may be necessary, depending on how many other sections
have been selected. If not a member, go to the IFLA website and apply:
www.IFLA.org .

Future meetings sites will be 2005-Oslo. 2006-Seoul, 2007-Durban, and
2008-Quebec.

All are invited to submit abstracts for the paper session in Oslo,
Norway, August 13 - 19, 2005. The theme is "Navigating the World of Our
Ancestors." Please send as soon as possible to the address below. We
have several papers to consider, but would like more with a geography
and map theme.
