Hello All...Happy New Year!

I have a patron looking for the old DIME geo files (pre-TIGER) for the
years 1970 & 1980.
Does anyone know if these are available for download anywhere?

No info to be found on availability of these files at the US Census
Bureau Website...have already sent them an email inquiry.
Any info appreciated.
