Dear Maps-L,

I'm interested in an address locator for geocoding street addresses (not just postal codes) in the UK. This would be for ArcGIS.  I believe these data are closely guarded by Royal Mail and Ordnance Survey.  It's OK if it costs money, but I'd like a geocoder that's ready-to-go with ArcGIS (something other than the ArcGIS Online "World Geocoder").
