Hello all,

I'm in lockdown so can't access my usual hardcopy resources. I am hoping someone can help me...

Would anybody be able to point me to a readable online image of Emanuel Bowen's "Improved map of Wilt Shire divided into hundreds" from the Royal English Atlas, ca.1765?

Alternatively, does anyone have the 1971 David & Charles reprint of the atlas https://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Record/337105 and could photograph the Avon river (Wootton Rivers/Pewsey down to Salisbury) for me?

I need to compare this particular map to Bowen's larger version of 1755 (with subsequent reprints) which has a slightly different title: "Improved map of Wilt Shire divided into *ITS* hundreds" and which I can already see online here: https://nla.gov.au/nla.obj-230787334/view

Thank you!

Brendan Whyte
