Hi Paige,

Thank you for following up on this.  My colleague at UCLA, Iman Dagher,
catalogs materials in Arabic, so is very familiar with all kinds of title
access issues.  She suggested the use of the 242 for a title translation
supplied by the cataloging agency.  And this is exactly what I need for
materials at the So Cal Genealogical Society Library for German-language
books!  Most of our patrons read English or Spanish and a little bit of
German, so this will help them identify a potentially useful title!
