You may want to consider contacting TVA to see if they have such maps available.

Subject: Tennessee Valley Watershed

I am wondering if any colleagues know of a current sheet map showing the Tennessee River watershed, essentially the area of the Tennessee Valley Authority. I have been doing some simple searching, including at the TVA web site. I am not finding anything that might update a 1933 USGS map in my collection. That one is at scale 1:500,000, making it compatible with the USGS state base and relief maps.

It appears the TVA doesn't produce or authorize maps themselves. If there is a more recent USGS map that could be useful.
