Does anyone have an index to old US-produced "Air navigation chart" series, 1:2,188,800 (1" = 30 nautical miles)?


It's a worldwide series, and the large sheets are numbered V30-xx where xx is a 2-digit number.


The series appears to have started c.1943 and continued into the mid 1950s at least.

A scan or a pointer to an online copy of the index would be great.
