If you search the International Map Trade Association member list at
http://www.imtamaps.org/directory/ under "Globe manufacturers", you will
find 10 worldwide listed... obviously not */all/* the globe publishers
worldwide.

The main "regular" globe manufacturers in the US now are Cram (part of
Herff Jones)

and Replogle http://www.replogleglobes.com/. Both are highly reputable.

National Geographic also produces globes (manufactured by others)
