The Map Division at the New York Public Library has retained nearly all
editions from the region around NYC, Long Island/Sound, and New Jersey.
We did not retain any NOAA charts outside of a certain group of charts
covering NY region. We have have more charts outside of the NY region from
the Coast Survey and Hydrographic Office, though retention was less than
systematic.

Our librarians still make heavy use of the Historical Charts site, and
direct researchers to it all of the time.
