In contemplating the future of our collection of worldwide nautical charts, I've spoken to a few people who told me that the US-made nautical charts are online. Upon investigating, I believe that means only the charts of the US waters, and I'd like to verify that. For instance, I have in hand NIMA chart 61170, Porto do Ibo to Porto de Moçambique dated May 30, 1998. I'm not finding that online anywhere.

Is there a resource I'm unaware of?
