Well, two replies about historical COUNTY boundaries... Did the original post
really mean counties? Or countRies? If it's countries, you're unlikely to
find anything like a GIS coverage for that time period, but if you want a
historical atlas, I'll mention our product: the "Centennia Historical Atlas".
