Patron is interested in a placename:  Toroki Siegyki
He indicates that it is in Russia or possibly Lithuania.  We checked the
USBGN gazetteer for Soviet Union and we also checked Place Name Changes
since 1900 (Scarecrow, 1979) but no luck.  Does anyone have other useful
resources for such placename enquiries?  Thanks so much.
