I was looking for a source to obtain copies of the US Army Map Service maps,
(or whatever they might have become, I can't seem to see any
references to them since the 1960's).  I'm particularily looking
for India, but possibly for Africa as well.
 
Also, what are the copyright rules on these maps.  I assume they are
like USGS maps, and there is no copyright.
