Hi Jim,
I agree with Joel that the monetary value is unknown. However, the map itself is probably scarce because most of these have been lost or destroyed over the years. Also, without seeing the UVa map, it’s hard to know if it is an exact duplicate, but it probably is. It is certainly worth preserving, but probably not worth a lot of money.
