     Isn't there a Federal interagency committee specifically working on
     archiving digital files? Perhaps National Archives is taking the lead
     on it?  Is there something like it in, say, ALA or SLA?

     Pardon my even asking, but I am not able to find my notes on this from
     some prior meeting...which one I also cannot remember! Oops, time for
     vacation! or retirement!
