Subject: Coordinates Now Indexed in DOAJ

Coordinates: The Online Journal of the Map and Geography Round Table of the
American Library Association (_http://www.sunysb.edu/libmap/coordinates.htm_
(http://www.sunysb.edu/libmap/coordinates.htm) ) is now indexed in the
Directory of Open Access Journals (_http://www.doaj.org/_ (http://www.doaj.org/) ).

The indexing extends to the article level. Thus, if you click on "search
articles" on the bar to the left, you can search the metadata for individual
articles. Try typing in "Waldseemuller" (with or without the umlaut), and you
should bring up two articles by John Hessler and John Hebert on the
Waldseemuller 1507 map.

If you type "Coordinates" in the main DOAJ search box, "find journal," you
will go directly to lists of contents for Coordinates "Series A" and
Coordinates "Series B."

Happy searching.

David Allen
Editor, Coordinates
