        Has anyone ever devised a user survey specifically for a map
        library?  Our library has hired a consultant to conduct one for the
        main library and the branches (including us).  We have been given
        leeway in designing our own forms to capture "stuff" that would be
        of interest in planning collections and services.
 
        If you have such a survey, I would appreciate a copy or if you have
        questions you think would be important please send them to me.
