Dear All,

I need to know the specifications for checking color orthoimages of 1:4000
scale of 20 cm resolution.

Is there a standard parameters for checking the Mean and Standard Deviation
values in an Histogram.

Are there any web sites which can give me some info on it.

Any help is highly appreciated.
