We are looking for detailed European rail vector data.  Specifically we want it categorized by type of rail (underground, lightrail, Trans-European Network, high-speed, etc.).  

I expect we will need to purchase data, because the various free options we've looked at do not have the detailed attribute information.  Surely a private company has compiled such a file?
