the fastest method we found was to count an inches' worth and then

We are doing an inventory of our complete collection and the count for
the 7.5 minute quads, all editions, is 98,588.  Actually this is low
because we have been adding new sheets during the inventory and counting
them but not keeping track of which sets or series they were added to.
