Dear Maps-L,
    Does anyone have a URL that will access the U.S. Dept. of State
Background notes?  CIA World Factbook sometimes just does not provide
enough information.  Heard a rumer out there that the Background notes
are available on the internet.  Please reply to the list.  Thanks.  Peter
