Our collection of topographical maps is entirely historical, with the most
recent maps published around 2007ish. We, too, interfile regardless of the
agency that created them.  All our topos are shelved by scale, then state,
then quad. title, then date.  They're either uncataloged, or cataloged only
at the collection level.
