In response to Janet Bray's query of 1/31/95 -
 
The U.S. Board of Geographic Names gazetteer for Poland has two
entries for Reichenbach. The first is cross referenced to
Rychliki- 53 59N, 19 32E. The other is cross referenced to
Reichenbach in Schlesien- 50 43N, 16 39E. In our copy however the
latter has been crossed out and replaced with the manuscript notation
"Dzierzoniow." I can't vouch for the notation but I hope this helps
your patron.
