        I like to excercise my favorite "search engine" on things like this. Tried
it and got several possibilities but all in German which I don't
speak/read. The best one that was obvious to me is below. Maybe it can give

It appears that Weserraum means Weser area.The area between Osnabrueck and
Bremen could be considered Weserraum.
