Teachers,

Today is the deadline to submit State FFA Degrees and State Star
Applications.

*They both HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE ONLINE DEGREE APPLICATION
MANAGER.*

A list of those submitted as of last night is attached.

Please note that chapter names on the list are exactly what the student
typed them into their application. If you do not see your student's name
by your chapter name, either you did not submit it yet, or the chapter name
was typed incorrectly (you can edit this and resubmit the application).
Chapter Numbers are included for your convenience. The list is sorted by
Area and chapter name.

The following is what was sent out last week for your reference as you make
last minute corrections and submissions.

To see if students have met the qualifications for a state degree, please
review these qualifications at

The student must create their State Degree and State Star application in
their MyFFA or AET account. A how-to guide can be found at  https://www.

Once the applications are completed, and signed you must submit them
electronically through the online portal.

*How to Submit a State FFA Degree (State Star) Application - Applications
are due on the App Manager only by Friday, March 1st. *
1. Verify that all items are "Met" on the Checksheet
2. Save your application by clicking "Save/Print Your App" and then
clicking "Complete/Save Your App"
3. Write down or copy the most recent Version Number.
4. Click "<----Return to App Mgr"
5. Click the green "Submission Lists & Feedback"
6. Scroll down to Georgia FFA State Degree on the page. Click "Edit List"
7. To insert your App into the list, either type (or paste) in the version
# in the box to the left of "By Version #" OR click "Browse" under "Select
Apps"
8. The application will appear on the list once it is added. If it says no
record to display. then it was not added.

State star applications are submitted the same way except use the "edit
list" link under Generic Chapter/GH/State Star Application

There is no need to submit a hard copy of these applications.* Everything
will be done through the online submission process.*
