Weekly Capacity: Approximately 600 people per week


Chapter Limit: Approximately 40 chapters will be allowed to register each
week.


   - Week 1:  May 27 – May 31
   - Week 2:  June 3 – June 7
   - Week 3:  June 10 – June 14
   - Week 4:  June 17 – June 21
   - Week 5:  June 24 – June 28

   - No Large County Registration day. All chapters will complete their
   pre-registration on the same day.
   - Weekly Capacity:
      - Chapter Capacity: Chapter capacity will be determined by the total
      number of registered chapters for each week.
      - Individual chapter capacity will be communicated to you once
      pre-registration is complete.
         - Example: If 40 chapters are registered for a week,
         total capacity is 600, then a chapter can bring 15 people (including
         students, teachers, chaperones, and advisor kids)
      - Secure your week of SLC!
      - Pre-registration will be time sensitive. Weeks may fill quickly,
      and registrations will be processed in the order they are received.
      - You will NOT be required to submit your total number.
   - County Registrations: Chapters from a single county can
   pre-register together.
      - You will only be allowed to register chapters within your county.
      - You will be required to indicate the total number of chapters that
      you are registering for. A maximum of 10 chapters can be
registered under 1
      pre-registration.
      - The advisor that completed the pre-registration form will be asked
      to complete a Breakdown of Chapters form, which is due by 5:00 PM on
      pre-registration day.

   - *Remember that the first three weeks in Covington will likely fill in
   SECONDS*. We strongly recommend that chapters consider the last 2 weeks
   to avoid having to change plans due to a week that is full. If you plan to
   come for one of the first 3 weeks, we recommend having a backup plan for
   one of the later weeks.
