My name is Teresa Lindstrom and I am a graduate student in Agricultural Education at Murray State University under the direction of Dr. Kristie Guffey, faculty advisor. I am conducting a study about Retention Rates Between Male and Female Agricultural Educators in the Southeast. As an educator in agricultural education, we are asking you to participate in a study that will explore the different factors that could potentially lead to the differences in retention rates between male and female agriculture educators.



The research will take place from mid-February 2024 to mid-March 2024. We are asking you to complete a survey instrument that is estimated to take 20 minutes. Your participation is voluntary, and the survey responses will remain anonymous for those who choose to participate.
