Beware that, although an online search for the book generates some hits for
copies from the original printing, many seem to be of the "we took
something out of copyright off the internet and printed it without editing"
genre.  The latter process is legal, but one might question the ethics of
taking advantage of someone else's scanning effort and not making the
effort to check the quality.
