It is with deep sadness that I notify you that our beloved president of the
Astronaut Trail Shell Club, Alan Gettleman, passed away shortly before
Christmas.  The family decided to delay notification until after the
holidays.

 

Alan's relative, Bill Campbell, whom we know from his help at the shows for
many years, is in town and handling the affairs.

 

There are no further details available at this time.

 

We will still hold the club meeting tomorrow, and the Seashell Festival this
month is proceeding as planned.
