Congratulations on your retirement, Helen Jane!

I am yet another who was befriended by HelenJane at the beginning of my map librarianship career.  I had my doubts that I had made the right move by specializing in maps, but her mentoring and encouragement reassured me that it was going to work out alright.  I have enjoyed her friendship all these years, and it was a treat to see and get reacquainted with her in Washington DC this past May.

I hope you are able to enjoy retirement for many years to come.
