Alice
You are correct.  If NMA do not extend copyright over their contribution
to the JOG program, that is their perogative.  However, the likes of the
Australian and British component, which do invest copyright in their
products will still have copyright!

I understood there were treaty obligations with other nations that
prevented the reproduction of JOGs.
