My library is getting ready to request the creation of some new
positions.  One of the positions includes my current (temporary)
position as maps librarian.  Our collection needs a great deal of TLC in
the next couple of years, but I would like to have a strong
justification for continuing to have a maps librarian on staff beyond
that time.  Does anyone have blurbs or suggestions they might share with
me?
