Hi Michael,

Hmm, this is a sticky one.  Paige has more experience than I do, so I would
definitely confer with him.  I personally would choose the panel title as
my 245 collective title, and I would include the "small type" information
in the remainder of title.  (But this could alternatively be put into a
note, maybe?)  My gut tells me there are two main maps, whose titles are
given on the panel. The others are insets, I agree (Simferopol, Sebastopol).

Other than that, I'm getting sort of rusty!
