RMCA 2014 Indy Show Schedule
Thursday, September 25
3 p.m. to whenever: Check-in to the Drury Inn, 9320 N. Michigan Rd.,
Indianapolis, IN 46268 (dinner on your own), room-to-room trading
Friday, September 26
9:00 to 12 Noon: RMCA Dealers arrive at State Fair Grounds, 1202 E. 38th
St., check-in for table assignment, set up and help set up $1 map tables,
help with display signs set up, etc.
12 Noon Lunch delivered to dealers who pre-ordered
1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Show open
6:15 to 7:30 p.m. RMCA Board Meeting at Perkins Restaurant, 5320 E 82nd St.,
Castleton, IN 46250 (317-842-9447 ) Directions provided, a short 15 min.

7:30 to 10:00 p.m. Dinner, General Meeting, Silent Auction Please do not
arrive early as Board meeting in progress till dinner at Perkins Restaurant,

Saturday, September 27
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Show open
4:00 p.m. All attendees help pack-up $1 tables, disperse the $1 map boxes to
those taking till next year, help take down signs, etc.
4:45 p.m. Those that are interested meet with Bob Revor for after show
activity for details. On Sunday morning meet at 10:00 a.m. at the
Indianapolis 500 Museum and optional tour of the track depending on weather.

The Exhibitor Understands and Agrees to the Following:
1. Management its agents, officers, or employees shall not be liable for
property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agents or employees,
which may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against Management and
assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property entrusted
to the premises. Exhibitor shall hold Management harmless and shall
indemnify Management against all liability or expenses arising out of any
claim of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs
in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney's fees.
2. Management reserves the right to demand removal by Exhibitor of any
items which may not be in keeping with the show's image. Reproductions are
NOT permitted.
3. Management reserves the right to make rules and regulations it deems
proper and necessary, whether written or oral, and Exhibitor agrees to
accept such rules and regulations and any interpretation thereof as is set
forth by Management.
4. This contract cannot be assigned without the prior written consent of
Management.
5. One exhibitor badge per registration will be issued. An additional
spouse badge can be issued.
6. Exhibitor badges and wristbands must be worn at all times to identify
dealers. Only employees and individuals with exhibitor badges and
wristbands will be permitted in the building during set up. Anyone issued
an exhibitor badge must be in attendance thru the completion of the show.
7. The use of porters, as available, to assist unloading and loading is
at Exhibitor's own risk, and Management shall not be liable for any
resulting damage or claim.
8. If any cause whatsoever makes it impossible to have the show, this
agreement shall be terminated and Exhibitor waives any claim for the
damages, except the return of the deposit paid.
9. Notification must be made in writing 30 days prior to show for
cancellation of table space or Management shall have the right to retain
registration fee
10. SET-UP: Friday for RMCA begins at 9am to 12pm. This requirement allows
for the major booth exhibitors who start at 7am to help reduce the volume as
it can be very chaotic early with so many trying to set up. Tables must
remain set up and open for business until show closing (no early packing
up). Tables must be covered with approved flame retardant cloth available
by calling 800-572-2194 or (Displays2go.com) and order product #
SD8CBLK.($25.96). Show up without this cover - NO TABLE COVER NO SELLING NO
REFUND. LAST YEAR DEALERS DO NOT FORGET TO BRING
11. Contracts due no later than September 1 to guarantee tables. Full
payment is required for all contracts submitted. After September 1 there is
no registration for tables or as a dealer.
