*HERE* is your reminder to get your monthly reports done by the 10th.
Make sure that included in your report it has:

1. A minimum of *20 hours* of extended day activities
2. A minimum of* 1 hour* for *each day* of *extended day activities*
3. A minimum of 20 contacts for your extended day activities

*All extended day activities should involve students first and foremost.*
Events such as faculty meetings, or professional development with the
school faculty, are *NOT Ag Extended Day Activities.*

*Extended year activities* occur when your school is closed. For example,
holidays, saturdays. School days that you are away from school cannot be
submitted as extended year hours.

Extended Day and Extended Year are *never* entered on the same day.
